PRICES

A new price list will be updated on the 1st of April and you will see these new prices updated on our price lists and on-line from this date.

NEW POLICY - CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING 

 

We are more than happy to reschedule appointments providing we have at least 48 hours notice, however we will be updating the cancellation policy.

To rearrange an appointment you must call the salon on 01978 447720 and speak with one of the girls, or leave a message requesting the re-arranged appointment.

 

You can also Text or WhatsApp the BASE Mobile number on 07800 812246.

 

When Leaving a Message, WhatsApp or Texting please make sure to let us know your name, the date & time of your appointment and the date & time you would like to reschedule. We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm, or arrange an alternative time if that slot is already taken.

 

No cancellations or rescheduling can be done via Social Media.

 

Sometimes plans do change unexpectedly, but we hope that you will value and respect our time as much as we do yours by giving us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Anything under 48 hours usually means we won’t be able to fill the slot, due to people needing patch test for some treatments. 

 

BOOKING

 

At the time of booking online or within the salon you will receive an email confirmation, please check this email carefully to make sure everything is correct. If there are any problems get in touch as soon as possible.

 

48 hours before your appointment you will receive a text reminder with your appointment details.

 

If you haven't received an email or text reminder do not worry, your appointment won’t be cancelled, but please let us know if you don’t receive so that we can check we have the right contact details for you. Additionally, if you change your contact details please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our records. 

 

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING MORE THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE APPOINTMENT 

 

We will be happy to reschedule any appointment with a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will roll over to your next booking and you will just have to pay the balance for your treatment when you are at BASE. 

 

Unfortunately we do not refund deposits for any cancellations. This deposit will be lost and you will have to pay a deposit for your next treatment when you book with us again.

 

RESCHEDULING WITHN 48 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT 

 

We will be happy to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, but your deposit will not roll over. 

 

This means that you will have to pay a new deposit for your rescheduled appointments. 

 

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING WITHN 24 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT 

 

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, then 50% of the total appointment cost will be payable, this will automatically be charged to your stored card on the system. You will be notified of this via email or text. 

 

If you do not have a stored card or the payment is declined, withheld or otherwise not satisfied then the balance will be payable before you are able to book another appointment. 

 

NO SHOW

 

If you do not cancel, but fail to show for your appointment then the full appointment cost will be automatically charged to your stored card on the system. You will be notified via email or text.

If you fail to show 3 times you will no longer be allowed to make reservations at BASE.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

 

We know sometimes things happens and we will always do our best to be as accommodating as we can and do our best to complete your full treatment/treatments if there is enough time. 

 

However if it isn't possible to complete your full appointment in the allocated time, we will try our best to fit your treatment in, where time allows, or do our best to accommodate you but the the full cost of the original appointment will still be payable 

 

For Example:

 

If you booked a 60 minute massage but only received 45 minutes you will still have to pay for the 60 minutes or if you paid for a Full Set of Acrylics with Nail Art but we could only apply a Set of Acrylics you would still be charged for the Nail Art.

 

DEPOSITS

 

I want to keep deposits as fair as possible for all of you but I also have to make sure that they 

are reflective of the product and service. 

 

Any treatment over £10 will have a deposit of £10 or

 

Any treatment under £10 will have a deposit that is 50% of the price of the treatment

 

Please Note: Microblading Appointments are a fixed deposit of £50.

 

For Example:

 

Treatment is £35, deposit is £10.

Microblading Treatment is £130.00, deposit is £50.

Treatment is £7.00, deposit is £3.50

 

If booking more than one treatment then the individual deposits of each treatment will be added together at time of payment when booking.

 

For Example:

 

You book three treatments together and

 

Treatment 1 is £20.00, deposit is £10.

Treatment 2 is £20.00, deposit is £10.

Treatment 3 is £5.00, deposit is £2.50

 

The total deposit cost to be paid would be £22.50 (£10 + £10 + £2.50).
