Please be aware we require all new clients to fill out a client consultation form before you arrive for your appointment. We can refuse the right for your appointment to go ahead if we do not have a completed form. We also require a non refundable deposit to secure some treatments on our service menu and 48 hours notice is required to cancel or rearrange appointments.

+ PATCH TESTS
+ Patch tests are compulsory at BASE.
+ Patch tests are for all brow, lash and tan treatments.
+ The patch test must be carried out 48 hours before your treatment.
+ A new patch test must be completed every 6 months.
+ Any medical history changed a new patch test is required.
+ Please also be aware that if you have had your Covid vaccine or have had Covid-19 you will need a new patch test.
